I offer a 3-week Introduction to Heart Based Meditation via Zoom. The courses are designed to introduce you to the meditation, and to support you in establishing a daily practice. There are no prerequisites. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. For the best results, please plan to attend all three class sessions. There is no set fee for this training but donations (typically between $50-200) are welcome and appreciated!
