End of Life Coaching

“When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.” ~ Tecumseh

It is possible for the dying process to be graceful

End of life issues can be scary and confronting them difficult. By its very nature, death is something we often avoid and don’t talk about, so when we face the inevitable, we are unprepared. I'm here to help.

Death raises questions about how we’ve lived, what we think comes next, the state of our relationships and other affairs, and all of the fears and unspoken things that we haven’t wanted to deal with.

Here’s what I’m here to ask you:

  • Are your affairs in order?

  • Have you really shared how you feel with the people you love?

  • What are your beliefs about death?

  • Are you afraid?

As an End of Life coach, I’m here to listen to the things you don’t think you can say out loud. I’m here to make death less scary for you and your loved ones. I’m here so you don’t feel alone.

I will give you and those you love a safe place to talk about whatever is on your mind and in your heart. There is great healing and love that can happen in these times. We often wait for “the right time” to say how we feel. I believe that now is the right time and I will guide you through the process.
